- On-Site Service = $95.00 an hour, 1 hr. min.
- Retail Locations = $65.00 an hour, 1 hr. min.
- Telephone Support = First ten minutes free, over 10 minutes = $65.00 an hour, 1 hr. min.
- After Hours Support = $95.00 Contract basis only, minmum 5 hrs. a month
- Remote Access Support = $95.00 an hour, 1 hr. min.
- E-mail Support = Free
- Service Hours
- Normal = Monday thru Friday, 9am - 6pm
- After Hours = Monday thru Friday, 6pm - 9am, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays all day
- Reasonable Service and Maintenance Contracts are available upon request
